1. Services Provided
We specialize in the fabrication and installation of stone materials, including but not limited to: Countertops Backsplashes Vanities Fireplace surrounds Custom stone projects Our process includes consultation, material selection, templating, cutting, polishing, and installation.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are based on provided specifications and measurements. Final pricing may vary if changes are made during the process. A signed agreement and deposit are required to confirm an order. Any modifications to an order must be submitted in writing and approved by both parties.
3. Material Selection
Customers are responsible for selecting their stone material. Due to natural variations, colors, veining, and patterns may differ from samples. We strongly recommend that customers inspect materials in person before finalizing their selection.
4. Fabrication Timeline
Once materials are selected and the design is approved, the fabrication process will begin. The standard fabrication time is approximately [X] business days, but this may vary based on material availability, workload, or unforeseen delays. 5. Installation Process

10. Warranty & Liability
We provide a limited warranty on workmanship. Any post-installation damages due to misuse, improper maintenance, or third-party modifications are not covered. We are not responsible for damages caused by external factors such as settling, structural movement, or improper countertop support.
11. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before fabrication begins may be eligible for a partial refund, minus processing fees. Once fabrication has started, deposits and payments are non-refundable. Any rescheduling requests must be made at least [X] days before installation.
